Lisa Goren is the Program Director for Physician Alignment & Engagement at a large health system in the Pacific Northwest. In her current role she is responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to engage and involve physicians in the direction of the organization. Her role also includes designing and delivering curriculum for new and experienced physician leaders.

She spent almost ten years as an Organizational Development consultant Over the course of her career, her clients have included leaders in the healthcare, education, marketing and high-tech fields. Lisa has extensive experience helping leaders and teams improve processes, manage change, plan strategically, hone their leadership skills and communicate more effectively. 

Before moving to the Pacific Northwest, Lisa worked in professional communication as a talent agent in Chicago, booking actors in film, television and commercials.

Lisa teaches in the Masters of Healthcare Administration program at Pacific University and has over ten years of teaching undergraduate courses at other Oregon universities. She has a B.A. in Advertising from Michigan State University and a M.S. in Communication Studies from Portland State University.  Lisa has experience speaking to groups comprised of up to 500 people.
