Pete is an independent consultant who has lectured in strategy and change management for 20 years. Over the past 18 years Pete has consulted to more than 100 organizations across 4 continents. His particular strengths are in understanding developing economies, developing strategies that help organizations build resilience in times of rapid change and uncertainty, assessing global trends and their implications for the future and strategic leadership. His bold contemporary approach balances his strong theoretical understanding of strategy with a refreshing practical approach to developing the ability to think strategically.

Pete is passionate about developing the business, leadership and people potential in Africa. Pete's keen interest in people and the African bush has enabled him to also create a unique range of strategy and leadership programs which are largely experiential, bold and forward thinking. Infectiously positive, he inspires ‘possibility driven thinking' and the ability to identify and capitalize on the opportunities that the ever-changing world creates.

Whilst Pete primarily works independently, he is a member of Duke Corporate Education's Global Learning Resource Network and an associate faculty member at the Gordon Institute of Business Science. He is also closely associated to ‘Tomorrow Today.biz' in South Africa and the Strategic Leadership Intelligence consortium in the UK.
Pete is a professional member of the National Speakers Association of South Africa, and has served on the Boards of numerous Companies Educational Institutions and NGO's. He holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, an MBA from Wits Business School and has completed an AMP at INSEAD. During his 20 year of corporate experience he has held executive positions in both Financial Services and Consumer Products industries.
