Manie Bosman was born and raised in South Africa and is currently based in Pretoria. He has a passion for helping leaders maximise their skills and abilities in order to become pro-active agents of change. As a speaker and presenter his favourite topics include strategic leadership; developing a future-orientated approach; implementing a values-based culture; communication competence; and building on personal strengths. He has a wide knowledge base and strong interpersonal abilities which enable him to help individuals and organizations reach optimum efficiency in pursuing their visions and goals.

Manie draws on more than 17 years of international experience in leadership development. He has considerable experience in leadership training, strategic planning, communication, social media, corporate training, public speaking and consulting in the non-profit and international trade industries. He also has very good intercultural and global skills from working with people from different parts of Africa, Eastern Europe and the Far East.
