Lorraine is a successful entrepreneur who is the founder and Executive Chairperson of Investments for African Women Holdings (Pty) Ltd. She is passionate about people development in general and African Leadership excellence in particular.
She is a director of trendZ Distributors and the founder of trendZLeaders, the impression management firm that coaches professionals in personal brand marketing and management. Lorraine's work for multinationals included spells with Revlon and Wella South Africa as marketing and sales manager. She is also a former Transnet marketing manager and CEO of NAWA - National African Women Alliance Gauteng
She believes self-mastery is the cornerstone of effective leadership and that one of the key functions of an executive coach is to enable a client to gain clarity of purpose. "Coaching equips people to find their purpose - what they are good at - and extrapolate that potential," she notes. "For those at the top, skill is not enough. Other attributes are needed. Lorraine has a BA in Social Sciences and has completed the Damelin Management School diploma in business management, the Strategic Business Management, Branding and Customer Relations Management courses at Wits Business School. She has also completed the Gordon Institute executive development programme.

Lorraine coaches leaders in various industries including, construction, government and mining. Lorraine also facilitates the implementation of coaching, mentoring and team coaching programmes within organisation. She also designs and delivers women leadership development programmes.
