Heidi Poulton

Heidi brings over 25 years of business experience to her work as a coach and facilitator with both individual executives and teams. Heidi is a qualified and experienced Executive and Business Coach, as well as a facilitator of Leadership development, EQ, Team coaching, diversity and change management programmes in both the private and public sectors. She is also a Professional Member of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa, a qualified trauma counsellor and an accredited assessor.
Her experience in Executive positions as Sales Manager and then General Manager of an Insurance Company as well as being the Director of her own training and coaching business for the past 16 years, has provided her with an understanding of the challenges that face Executives and Senior Managers in the workplace. Her business insight, empathy and passion have become invaluable assets in her role as facilitator and Executive coach.
Heidi's practical and results oriented approach enables her to partner with Executives and Business managers to create shifts in their thinking and behaviour to build leadership capability. She relishes working with high powered individuals - helping them to consistently and effectively get the best out of their team, their people and themselves. Her motto is "to positively impact businesses bottom-line through changing behaviour"
Heidi's wide-spread experience is derived from her business experience in the Insurance and Assurance Industry, her academic background, International travel and her broad experience and degrees in Management, Education, Psychology and Training, as well as a Coaching qualification through Results Coaching Systems, an internationally accredited institution.
Heidi has published a number of articles and has been a guest speaker on TV and Radio. She is an avid runner and is especially proud of her Comrades successes.
