Mr. Andrew Charles Tsunis Andrew Tsunis has created an interesting career path as an international speaker, attorney, business executive, teacher, consultant and trusted advisor. Andrew has conducted hundreds of seminars on various aspects of aw, communication, conflict resolution and best business practices. He has presided over trials, board rooms, class rooms and judicial chambers. He has been able to integrate his vast experience in business, law, international affairs and education. In addition to his law degree, he holds three Master Degrees: International Business and Trade Law, International Affairs and Preventive Diplomacy, and Organizational Psychology with a concentration in leadership potential and conflict resolution. He travels extensively and is familiar with the customs and business practices of many cultures; he also speaks Greek fluently.

As an Attorney: As an international attorney, Mr. Tsunis engaged in state and federal litigation practice including transactional and Maritime Law , the prosecution of cargo claims and -other types of international transactions - as well as various types of general litigation including employment law, discrimination, personal injury etc.. He was also a Federal law Clerk at the United States Court of International Trade. While serving as Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Tsunis prosecuted numerous federal district and appeals court cases involving Title VII, employment, and real estate fraud. As an Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County, he prosecuted numerous criminal cases, including domestic abuse crimes.

As a Businessman: Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Mr. Tsunis has experience in all aspects of business, including development, management and training. He also created, developed his own businesses, including training, real estate and vending machines. Mr. Tsunis is also a former Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He was the executor of a large estate of a successful President and CEO who had extensive holdings in real estate, hotels and restaurants. In this capacity, Mr. Tsunis managed all legal and business operations, including management of outside counsel on estate matters and business litigation. He also provided both legal and business advice to a number of small businesses of various operational missions.

As Professor, Trainer and Counselor: Andrew Tsunis provided training and mentoring in Ethics, Professional Responsibility, Effective Communication, Conflict Resolution and Mediation to service men and women on various United States Air Force Bases across the country, as well as for a United Nations sponsored program for diplomats in residence. He taught as an Adjunct Professor of International Law at Stony Brook University, where he designed, developed and taught an upper-level course in International Law. He also led lessons involving treaty law, United Nations law and jurisdiction and international commercial law. He also conducted several mediations in both business and community-based contexts. Most recently he spoke at a large International Legal Conference in Europe on Mediation and Arbitration Practices in the United States.

As a Consultant: He worked for The United Nations as a Legal Consultant for the Office of Oversight and Inspection. He led several extensive and revealing investigations into the efficiencies of the Office of Internal Affairs through in-depth research and analysis of data and information gathered from senior diplomats. He is skilled at creating and maintaining relationships.

Andrew also holds memberships at the Metropolitan Club, The National Arts Club and offers his time in public service serving in support of the Polish Assistance, Semester at Sea Alumni Association and Silver Sands Condominium Association and serves on the Board of Governers of the National Arts Club. He is also a supporter of the arts and the Christian Children's Fund. He resides in New York City and, on weekends, he pursues his other passion: Singing.
