Andrew is a speaker, facilitator and author who speaks on organisational and employee effectiveness.

Andrew speaks in many different contexts such as team builds, staff townhalls, Executive meetings, conferences and workshops as well as providing training.   He uses his nearly 30 years of experience in the Employee Relations and Human Resources fields gained in South Africa, as well as across Africa and Middle East as well as his successful track record in dispute resolution to speak to organisational leaders and employees with the aim being to improve the level of effectiveness of the organisation and its employees. 


Andrew has through his talks been able to increase employee moral by up to 25%, decrees employee absenteeism to levels around 2% and increase employee productivity by in excess of 10%. 

Andrew holds a post graduate degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology supported by 27 years international experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources.  He is a member of the Professional Speakers Assication of Southern Africa as well as of the Global Speakers Federation as well as being a mentor of the SA Board for People Practice.
