Bobi Seredich is a recognized speaker, author, trainer and successful entrepreneur specializing in leadership development. She has spent over 20 years of her career dedicated to creating, directing and presenting leadership programs for top companies in the U.S. and around the world.
Having worked on over a 1000 meetings with great speakers and inspirational leaders like Jim Collins, Tim Sanders, Dr. Ken Dychtwald, Susan Scott, Steve Young, Dr. Jim Loehr and many others, Bobi developed a keen sense for what works and what doesn't work in building high performing leaders and teams.
With an intimate understanding of what it means to thrive in business during times of change, she started as a senior operations and marketing executive with Maritz Travel, one of the top meeting planning and incentive travel companies in the world and furthered her career as an executive with a successful leadership conference organization, Leadership Network Corporation. She directed meetings and events in over twenty-five countries including England, Canada, Hong Kong, China, Turkey, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Scotland, Ireland, Sweden, Greece, Switzerland, France and Italy.
In 2001 she founded Equanimity - a speakers' bureau and leadership training company. It fast became a top speaker bureau that booked hundreds of speakers with large Fortune 500 clients. Equanimity was sold in 2012.
Bobi is also the co-founder of the Southwest Institute for Emotional Intelligence. As a master-certified speaker and trainer in Emotional Intelligence -the new X factor in leadership and success - Bobi has trained large and fast-growing organizations on the skills of emotional intelligence. Through these breakthrough concepts, she continues to educate and inspire teams ready to move to the next level of performance. Bobi is certified through the Institute of Health and Human Potential and in 2004 completed a one-year Enduring High Performance™ Coaching Program in Emotional Intelligence.
Her book, Courage Does Not Always Roar - Ordinary Women with Extraordinary Courage, was published by Simple Truths in the spring of 2010. The book is a collection of her experiences and stories of women who have had the courage to overcome very difficult life events.
Her passion is to guide individuals and organizations to a higher performance level through her own business knowledge, inspirational stories and leadership emotional intelligence training. Bobi holds a B.A. degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. She also attended the Universidad De Las Americas in Puebla, Mexico and Washington University in St. Louis. She has worked in the U.S. and all over the world with small companies and Fortune 500 clients including ConAgra Foods, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Avaya, Microsoft, ExxonMobil, Ford, Phoenix Health Plan, The Village Health Clubs, Banner Health, Wells Fargo and more.
She is a breast cancer survivor and was honored as one of the 20 Faces of Komen for the state of Arizona in 2012. She is an active volunteer in her community and is a wife and mother of twins, Alex and Giovanna.
