For more than three decades JoAnne has been involved with environmental organizations in Canada and at the United Nations (New York) as a speaker, coordinator, moderator, educator and advocate,
JoAnne is a graduate of London Teachers College, Queens University (Sociology), Ryerson University (Landscape Architectural Technology), and an avid Lifelong Learner. She shares her insights as a college instructor of Environmental Concerns, researcher, and author of her book-in-progress.
From her connection to nature as a young girl on her family farm, to attending United Nations Environmental Summits, JoAnne has nurtured a deep and committed relationship with the environment and its many pressing issues.
