A pasionate and energetic business leader and world recognized endurance athlete.

Wayne Kurtz is a man of great passion who has spent a lifetime devoted to pursuing and achieving every goal he has set out to accomplish.  Growing up, he learned from his parents the most important trait:  set big goals and work your head off to achieve them.  His parents always said, "Wayne always beats to his own drum and will always come up with something off the wall."  They were right.  That's his personality.  He believes in trying something new and his career and personal life reflect this attitude.

Wayne has never wavered in his devolution to set audacious goals and (not always) but most of the time succeed.  He has professionally accomplished dozens of majour goals.  As a result, Wayne has more than 20 years of senior-level experience in financial services organizations including operations management, marketing/sales, fiscal planning, M&A, and P&L mananagement.  He has been recognized for articulating vision and direction, turning around poorly performing divisions, guiding joint ventures, and establishing strategic alliances.

As the President and CEO of Karlsberg International Insurance Corporation, Wayne's responsibilities include executing long-term strategic/tactical plans along with overall management and operations of the company.

Before joining Karlsberg International Insurance Corporation, Wayne was a Senior Vice President for Aon Hewitt - Executive Benefits division, responsible for the Northeast region and working with the management team and board of directors of global Fortune 1000 clients.   Prior to that, his experiences included general securities principal and the the director of client development and management for a national consulting firm and senior director of the tax and financial services practice for a "Big Four" accounting firm.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Wayne has made amazing accomplishments as an endurance athlete.  He has a lifelong passion of racing in various endurance sports races throughout the world. The only American ever to finish the 1x10 DECA Ironman triathlon (1 Ironman per day for 10 straight days) and a 3 time finisher of the event.  He founded the largest endurance racing resource in the world, RaceTwitch.com.  In 2010, he became a first time author and wrote the book Beyond The Iron: A Training Guide For Ultra Distance Triathlons, which is a steady seller on Amaxon.  He recently finished his second book Never Say "I Wish I Had" and intends to continue writing other books to help people improve their lives.

Wayne has a bachelor's degree in Finance and Math from Robert Morris University and a master's degree in Taxation from Duquesne University.  He speaks throughout Central America, US and Europe on topics ranging from tax, insurance, asset protection, and his unique goal setting process for personal development.
