Paul Martinez
Paul Martinez has spent his working career pursuing excellence and providing value within each organization with which he has been associated. Dedication to service and his trade mark "Can Do Will Do Attitude" have been at the cornerstone of Paul's effectiveness and success. His career has included responsibilities in: service to our country; retail store management; call center management; insurance adjustment; quality and compliance management; claims service director; entrepreneur; Colorado Trainer for 360 Solutions' SCSEP Program; adjunct professor, organizational strategy and strategic leadership consultant, professional speaker and executive coach through the Center for Creative Leadership.
Paul spent the past 30 years in a variety of customer service, sales, training, facilitating, managing, directing, and leadership positions. He is passionate about utilizing his experience, common sense approach, knowledge, education, wide range of assessment tools, and library of instructional tools from 360 Solutions to assist leaders and organizations in recognizing, developing, owning, and maximizing their potential.
As a dedicated member of his community, Paul utilizes his effective management, leadership, facilitation, and speaking skills within variety boards and community forums. Paul is a graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak (2009) and the Colorado Springs Leadership Institute (2010). He is a contributor to the Colorado Springs Business Journal's Leadership Column and is a member of the National and Colorado Speakers Association.
Paul holds a BSBA from the University of Colorado in Organizational Development and a Master of Science in Management from Regis University. In 2014, he is scheduled to complete his Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Leadership from the University of the Rockies.
