With an MA in psychology, she was once a human punching bag for teams following an organization's reduction in force or merger and acqusition. When she saw the power of using visual thinking with her clients, she developed the Snapshot of the Big Picture process and began drawing pictures to help companies let go of the past and move into the future they desired. Her diverse background working across sectors allows her to aid organizations in all verticals of domestic and international industries with the design, development and implementation of a roadmap for change that will lead to a successful, sustainable and inspiring future.
A national performer, keynote speaker and drama therapist, she earned her B.A. in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College and her M.A. in Psychology with a specialization in Drama Therapy from The California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She has won the prestigious "Woman of Achievement" award from The Association for Women in Communications, was an awardee in the Make Mine A Million-Dollar Business and has been a featured speaker at TEDxRainier - DRAW YOUR FUTURE and TEDxSacramento - IMAGINATION CHANGES EVERYTHING.
