Dave Hemstad
Identified as a "Canadian Master" by Just for Laughs there is little doubt that Dave Hemstad is one of the most talented comedians in the country. A national headliner on the comedy club circuit, Dave has proven to be an exceptional corporate entertainer.
Perfectly at ease in any setting, Dave has performed hundreds of corporate shows to the enormous delight of his audiences. His quick wit, natural charm, and ability to perform clean material, have made him one of the most in demand corporate comedians in the country.
Twice nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award, Dave has also made three appearances at the world famous Just for Laughs festival. He has made four appearances on CBC from the Halifax Comedy Festival, and has his own half hour comedy special, Comedy Now, on CTV. He has performed on CBC Radio on both Madly Off in All Directions as well as The Debaters. An accomplished actor, Dave has made numerous guest appearances on television and in films. He recently toured Canada with Just For Laughs as the opening act for John Pinette.
