Rachel Henderson
"Embrace Hope, Embrace Faith, Embrace Life." Through powerful testimonies, and engaging workshops, we aim to inspire and empower women to extend love and kindness to others, just as God has shown us.
A recent cancer survivor, Rachel reminds us that storms come and go throughout our lifetime. You can expect them. She provides insight and inspiration through the storms she navigated over, under, around, and finally, through, which allows her to continue to experience joy and happiness. When she thought her territory was limited, she learned consistently putting hope into action builds expectancy to thrive in a territory without boundaries. Dr. Henderson loves to share her successes with others, and she discovered a theme among many women through her interactions. FEAR, fear of failure, fear of loss, fear of change, fear of rejection, or fear of not being good enough. She recently founded Hope Impact Ministries. It's All About HIM for her faith-based inspirational messages.
During her professional career of over 38 years, Dr. Henderson has been a noteworthy leader in the nursing industry. You may know her from her work in the legal arena as a legal nurse consultant, trainer, and mentor at Medical Legal Concepts, LLC, a consulting company she founded in 2004. Dr. Henderson can also be credited with contributions to helping nurse entrepreneurs broaden their territory through education, mentoring, and support.
Dr. Henderson was the lead author of the chapter Accreditation, Licensure, Certification, and Surveying Bodies in the Legal and Regulatory Playbook for Health Care Risk Professionals, published in 2021. Her personal research on the influences of provider and patient communication on health literacy and health outcomes is published in the Library of Congress. She has published several training books to support entrepreneurial nurses in the medical-legal field.
Even Spirit-filled, Christian, professional women face overwhelming situations where their faith is challenged. Coming face-to-face with cancer changes everything in an instant. Finding a way to worship through such a dreaded disease will help you Embrace Hope, Embrace Faith, and Embrace Life again.

Uncommon Champions Sleep When They're Dead
If you have ever seen an elephant secured by a rope attached to a stake outside a tent at a circus, you may have wondered why the elephant doesn't just pull it up with his strength.
The elephant learned as a youngster that vigorously attempting to pull free was futile and learned to believe for the rest of his life he cannot break free so he doesn't even try. Are there things that are holding you back that really don't have the power to do so?
We encounter limits...
Evaluating Health Literacy in Contemporary Organizations
Low literacy is associated with several adverse health outcomes, including low health knowledge, increased incidence of chronic illness, poorer intermediate disease markers, and less than optimal use of preventative health services.
