After a dozen years in sales and sales management, she followed her entrepreneurial instincts and established Training Classics in 1989 as a sales refinement company committed to teaching integrity based selling techniques. Diane has impacted thousands of sales professionals through her high-energy skills enhancement seminars.

As a result of her positive influence and frequent keynote requests, she broadened her focus outside the preverbal sales training box and diversified her company as the Keynote Effect. Diane's philosophies for success are published in her new book Shut-up & Sell! as well as in numerous magazines and newsletters.

In addition to countless corporate and conference venue presentations, Diane has been the closing speaker for the education sessions at the Toastmasters International Convention.

Diane was born, raised and still proudly resides in central Jersey. When she's not in front of an audience, she can be found on the beach at the Jersey shore, riding on the back of one of her husband's antique Indian motorcyles or focused on pefecting a cake decorating project.
