Over 30 years working in end-of-life care and psychotherapy leading to workshops and presentations that get to the heart of motivation: a passion for life and integrity in all human interactions.

 Gary is frequent presenter and keynote speaker at state and national conferences...most frequently in healthcare and hospice settings. He holds master's degrees in both education and social work. Gary received the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization's "Heart of Hospice Award" for developing innovative programs to meet the needs of caregivers and the bereaved. He has also worked as a psychotherapist in private practice with a specialty in grief and loss, personal growth and development and relationships.

   Gary currently works as a speacker/consultant for businesses, large national corporations, hospice/hospitals and state/national organizations. He has been instrumental in the creation and evolution of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization's Manager Development Program; a comprehensive education series for managers working in end-of-life care. He is co-creator and faculty for the 2-day intensive program Leadership in Everyday Life: Confronting the Ego and Managing the Mind developed to assist people in all areas of life to maximize their potential. He has also written and teaches a one year certificate program for palliative care social workers to help raise the bar for care internationally. 

   Gary provides workshops and retreats known to be both motivating and challenging. His commitment integrity in all human interactions, especially in the workplace, has allowed him to take "lesson from the dying" and apply his experience to any work environment.
