Tami Leigh
Tami Leigh is a Workplace Lay Therapist who brings a blend of structure, humour, transparency and compassion to dealing with the processes, emotionality and sense of purpose within organizations and with personal clients. Her experience with both outstanding and not-so-outstanding organizations in her 20 years as a partner in an International Recruitment Agency developed her interpersonal and professional intuitive insights to take her clients through positive change, create dynamic communities and implement strategic tools to overcome blockages keeping them from their aspirations.
Witnessing suffering in the workplace, and its impact, motivated Tami to inspire this change. Although not a registered psychologist, Tami offers healing from the inside out.
We all have roles in life. Hers include mother, entrepreneur, sister, volunteer, traveller, horse lover and cheerleader to family, friends and clients. Favourite role is 'Nana' to many little souls!
Tami Leigh Consulting (TLC) Inc.: Trainer, Coach, Consultant and Speaker
Tami has always held to the values of honesty, hard work, good friends, showing up for those in need and picking up where others leave off. Growing up in rural Manitoba, her heart and values were solid. Calgary has been home for more years than Manitoba but she stays pretty organic.
