Transform yourself, your team, your group with a nutrition and wellness expert passionate about sharing her experience and education so people have a life of energy and optimal health.

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) since 1999, Shelley worked in corporate wellness for 13 years, currently teaches college nutrition and has her own private practice.

Shelley has always worked in the wellness arena – focusing on reducing the risk of chronic disease, managing disease, and helping people stay WELL through nutrition and other lifestyle factors that accompany nutrition, health, and wellness.

Teaching nutrition to college students who are venturing into the culinary field, fitness arenas, or future health professionals such as nurses, physical therapists and physician assistants and even to people who just want to "learn more" for their own health benefit was a surprising passion. Shelley discovered that she loves a-ha moment in the class while the students sometimes learn the hard way that taking a nutrition class isn't the "easy A" they thought it would be.

Shelley uses storytelling, analogies, and dry humor to make things engaging and entertaining while talking about things that nearly everyone can relate to: being over-committed, over-whelmed and low-energy.

By making adjustments to our lifestyle and clearing the clutter of misinformation, pretty much everyone can benefit from more physical and mental energy.
