Jillian Morenz brings more than ten years of experience in learning and development as well as training design and delivery to the VitalSmarts Facilitator Faculty. As a Master Certified Trainer in Crucial Conversations® and Crucial Accountability™ Training and Certified in Influencer she has extensive experience teaching these crucial skills to audiences ranging from individual contributor to executive level, exempt to non-exempt employees, and small groups to large open enrollment workshops.
