Leanne Faraday-Brash MMgmt BA (Hons) (Melb) MAPS FAIM FAHRI CSP is an Organisational Psychologist, Director and Principal of Brash Consulting, a boutique practice servicing clients in Australia and overseas. As a speaker, coach, facilitator and mediator, Leanne has facilitated breakthroughs in interpersonal behaviours, culture and relationships for some of Australia's largest and most prestigious companies, government departments and universities. Leanne has presented in Europe, India, New Zealand, the Middle East and all over Australia. She is versatile enough to work in professional services firms and power stations – from the board room to the boiler room. Her clients include Thomson Reuters, Standard & Poors, NAB, Holden, Nike, University of Melbourne, RMIT University, Epworth Healthcare, Mercedes Benz, Film Victoria and Minter Ellison.

Her opinion pieces and feature articles have appeared in the Australian Financial Review, the Age, Boss Magazine, CEO Magazine, The Australian, In the Black, The Sydney Morning Herald, Charter Magazine and National Safety Magazine for which she has contributed regularly to the "Ask the Expert" column. Leanne is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) which is the highest internationally recognised designation for professional speakers.
