Catharine's background includes 22 years of small business, corporate, and public sector experience in business development, education, and human resource management.  In earning her MBA, she specialized in human resource management which reflects her passion for the "people" side of business.  This is further reflected in her subsequent designations as a "Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst" and "Certified Legacy Leader™ Facilitator." 

Notably, her most recent accomplishments include being Author of "101 Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies" and a contributing Author of "Roadmap to Success" and "No Winner Ever Got There Without A Coach".
