Erick's Bio...

Erick Lauber, Ph.D., has consulted and taught thousands in psychology, communications and leadership fundamentals.  As an experienced college professor his speaking and presentation skills have experienced more than 20 years of feedback and development.  As a researcher and applied psychologist his scholarship has spanned a broad range of practical concerns including the executive control of human behavior to real-world problems addressed by the National Guard, FAA, DOT, Air Force and Navy.  He has been selected for campus awards in teaching, scholarship and service at both the University of Georgia and Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  His television shows and educational films have shown for years in the greater Pittsburgh market and his work on Life Framing is available online in both written and video format.

Erick graduated with honors in Physics from Northwestern University before studying simultaneously for two Masters Degrees from Bowling Green State University in Philosophy and Cognitive Psychology. He earned his Ph. D. in Psychology from the University of Michigan in 1995 and joined the faculty of the University of Georgia until 2004.  Currently he travels and speaks to national and international audiences and teaches at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Erick lives with his wife and three children in Indian, PA - hometown of Jimmy Stewart and Christmas Tree capital of the country.

How to Heal a Broken Relationship at Work

Most people have at least one broken relationship at work! Healing this is perhaps harder than healing a broken leg, but it can be done.
