Ron Glidden

Ron is a nationally recognized authority on leadership, interpersonal communications, and employee performance issues. His training seminars, conference presentations, and weekly Bulletproof Leadership Tips have reached supervisors in over 1000 organizations throughout the country helping them improve employee morale, accountability, and performance.

Ron is a retired police chief with over 26 years of law enforcement experience (the last 17 as chief), and has a master's degree in criminal justice. He has authored three books including his latest, 52 Bulletproof Leadership Tips. In 2011, Ron began working with public safety and municipal leadership teams to help them develop strategies to improve employee performance. Since then, he's traveled the country training leaders while listening to their most common problems, and their most effective solutions. With this collective experience, Ron provides an inspirational, useful and memorable experience for his audiences.
