Ron is a retired police chief with over 26 years of law enforcement experience (the last 17 as chief), and has a master's degree in criminal justice. He has authored three books including his latest, 52 Bulletproof Leadership Tips. In 2011, Ron began working with public safety and municipal leadership teams to help them develop strategies to improve employee performance. Since then, he's traveled the country training leaders while listening to their most common problems, and their most effective solutions.
