After graduating from Baylor Law School, Scott moved to Arizona in 1993 and did research for a one-lawyer/one-employee law firm representing nonprofit corporations.  Less than two years later, he was made a partner and within 15 years, the firm had over 50 employees and was grossing over $7 Million a year.   Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado & Bolen, PLC has offices in five cities in Arizona and New Mexico and is a leader in providing solution oriented legal services in an efficient and cost effective way.   Scott manages the firm, represents clients, and speaks to groups all over the country sharing his legal expertise as well as the secrets that propelled his career and the growth of the firm's business.
