For the past 7 years Nugent has work with organizations large and small. His most  recent notable client is Psychiatric Solutions Inc. Working with a divisional president we achieved record sales and profits. Psychiatric Solutions Inc. was bought by United Heath Services in November of 2010 for $3.1 billion. WebEx Communication who after 4yrs of working with the sales, marketing and service teams was sold to Cisco Systems for $3.2 billion. Nugent works in many industries including aerospace, construction, engineering, healthcare, banking, insurance, real estate, manufacturing, transportation, staffing, government and solar energy. 

Nugent has had a very diverse background with over 25 years in the Food Industry and the Internet and Technology arena.

Prior to consulting, Nugent was Vice President of Corporate Sales for Food.com and a key senior management member that played an important role in creating the largest restaurant customer base in the E-commerce arena, some 18,000 restaurant customers. He also was a key member of the senior management team that brought in investment partners McDonalds, Blockbuster, Kraft, and AT&T cable raising $80 million dollars in the last round of funding.

Prior to his time with Food.com, Nugent was Vice President or Marketing, North America with Caviar House, Geneva Switzerland. Caviar House is a Duty Free Operator of Gourmet Food Products in major airports around the world.

At Manana Restaurants, Nugent was founder and President of a chain of Mexican theme restaurants, headquartered in Geneva Switzerland.

Nugent began his career with Wendy's International where he rose through the ranks in the U.S., was sent to open the European Market and became European Country Manager
