He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University and a Masters of Science in International Management from Boston University from its campus in Brussels, Belgium. Ken has also received a joint certificate from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, for the small and medium-sized enterprises Board Effectiveness Program. He has sat on a number of for profit and not-for-profit Boards, and has served as a member of the Advisory Board for the Conference Board of Canada's Centre for Business Innovation.
