A dynamic workplace strategist, change management consultant and mentor to many in the commercial real property and facility management industry

Meredith Thatcher, President of Thatcher Workplace Consulting, a small and mighty workplace strategy firm, draws on her over 25 years experience in management consulting to direct the firm's workplace strategy, facility management, and space planning consultancy. Meredith is a LEED® Accredited Professional, Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Prosci certified, and in 2005 she was named a Fellow of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) for outstanding contribution and service to the Association.

Meredith's knowledge of workplace of the future and today's facility management issues has been published extensively in international journals and conference proceedings. A sought-after speaker, Meredith's enthusiasm and passion for the future and how we can prepare for it have been recognized internationally.

During her career as a strategic thinker and change agent she has helped organizations implement their strategic objectives, and has seen the results of those that embrace or ignore the future. Her inquisitive nature leads her to make connections between seemingly disparate events, trends, and ideas and understand the emerging patterns. As a 'tweener' she acts as an interpreter and coach to help take advantage of the demographic diversity of generations in the workplace.

Here is what one participant recently had to say: "I had the pleasure of meeting Meredith at a full day symposium on the future of Interior Design / Architecture held on August 25th, 2010. On August 26th I attended her seminar on Innovation and was blown away. Meredith has a unique ability to talk with her audience, not at them. Her ideas on innovation were backed up with sound research and informed by years of experience. Her presentation style is conversational and she puts the participant at ease. I highly recommend attending a seminar by Meredith or giving her a call to see what valuable insights she might have for your business, workplace culture or corporate identity."
