VA, USA dynamic leader, author and speaker, Rob has held dozens of key positions throughout his career and practiced effective leadership and management in varied settings including over 20 years on active duty as a Marine, in both Not-For-Profit, For-Profit settings, the federal sector of the U.S. government and as a community volunteer.
Rob is a native of Panama City, FL and earned his bachelors of science degree in organizational management and development from Bluefield College, VA. He also holds a master's degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix. Rob also completed the Senior Executive Fellows Program at Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
Rob is the founder and owner of The Collinsworth Leadership Group, LLC. He is an author, an experienced professional and a dynamic public speaker. Rob is a member of the National Speakers Association and has presented to a wide range of audiences across the nation including The Project Management Institute, Washington, D.C. Chapter, The Performance Institute, Washington, D.C., Noblis and as a keynote speaker for the National Graduate School of Quality Management.
