MAKE IT HAPPEN: Embrace Change and Thrive on it
For most organizations, change is uncomfortable. Leaders might have great strategies but come implementation time, it gets more complex. It's the EXECUTION that's key - success will depend on the ‘personal element'. How do we personalize change? It starts from within. ‘Change' must become an emotional transition.
Based on the book, The Road: A Journey through the 5C's of Change, the concept empowers employees not only to do more, but also to expect more out of themselves. It's about discovering their inner power and unlocking the desire, passion, and greatness within themselves and others.
The Corporate Program is based around how professionals lead themselves and others in these changing times. Effective change management starts from within! For change to be successful, employees should be motivated to lead by example to inspire the people around them. They must create standards of excellence and then set an example for others to follow. With that, the program flows through an amazing journey of internalizing change through his "5C's of Change" concept.
It is split into two parts:
Part (1) Intro to the journey of change and outlining the necessary tools to get through journey with the following elements:
• TRM (Take Responsibility Mindset in changing times)
• Aim High (Setting higher standards for themselves)
• Believe (The power of delivering the vision by self-actualization)
• PHP (Purpose, Hunger, and Passion)
• E-word (Excuses, eliminating this self-destructive alibi)
Part (2) Going through the change: the 5C`s of Change:
• Character (discovering their own power, values and overcoming fears/rejection)
• Constructiveness (controlling their mind towards focussing on solutions)
• Commitment (moving you to take massive action)
• Communication (the power of exchange in everything we do)
• Contribution (developing themselves and giving back)
