
Dr. Daphne Mobley
Dr. Daphne Mobley was originally trained as a veterinarian, however, she transitioned from helping animals to have healthier lives to assisting people to have happier lives by achieving their career and life dreams. As an experienced strategist and speaker, Dr. Mobley has been sharing strategies in board rooms and with international, as well as, U.S. executives during her successful career with leading Fortune 500 corporations. Dr. Mobley is a certified Executive Coach with more than 20 years of experience working for leading pharmaceutical companies that include Johnson and Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline and most recently Wyeth (now known as Pfizer). She had the rare opportunity to learn the intricacies of leading a Fortune 500 company as the AVP, Planning when she reported directly to the former CEO and Chairman of Wyeth. Ultimately she became the Vice President, Corporate Diversity for the company. As a former human resources senior executive and having strategized on career development for executives (as well as managers), a diversity program and many other cross disciplinary projects, Dr. Mobley knows which techniques are effective. Her experience includes:
- coaching executives and managers at leading corporations
- providing oversight for a global diversity and inclusion program
- developing and implementing an inaugural mentoring program for executives and mid-level managers
- participating as a pivotal leader in key talent discussions for executives
- partnering in the creation of leadership development programs for high potentials
- developing and leading a cardiovascular research group in a major Research and Development organization
- managing a large, multi-site veterinary group and receiving recognition as a leader in the veterinary community
Currently as the CEO of Daphne Mobley, LLC, Dr. Mobley provides speaking and executive coaching services that assist others with successfully remaining in or gaining entrance into the executive ranks. The services that Dr. Mobley offers include:

She received her doctorate in veterinary medicine from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine and is board certified in laboratory animal medicine. Dr. Mobley also received her B.S. in animal science from Cornell University. She is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Certified Practitioner.
Dr. Mobley is able to balance her business activities with other interests. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Executive Leadership Council, the Greater Centennial A.M.E. Zion Church and the President's Council of Cornell Women.
