QC, CANADAMs. Sears has been a lecturer, facilitator and management consultant over the past seventeen years. She has led seminars in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Pulp and Paper, Communication, Transportation, Health and various Manufacturing organizations. Perfectly bilingual, she has trained executive and management personnel in the areas of Leadership training, Multi-generational teams, Powerful communication skills, Coaching and Career Planning.
Her genuine and practical approach have made her travel throughout North America, Mexico and Africa (Tanzania). Her mission has been to orchestrate both individual and organizational goals towards open communication, maximizing potential and navigating in times of change. She has also presented for ILA on The Complexity of Authentic Leadership.
She has implemented an anti-bulllying program called Celebrating Differences for elementary schools and was project manager on a humanitarian aid effort in Tanzania, Africa in 2009. She is a mentor to local organizations and a coach in organizations.
Ms. Sears has a degree in Applied Social Science (Concordia University), Human Resources Management & Advanced Management Courses (McGill University) and other certifications.
