With his command of adult and accelerated learning techniques, Roberts is one of the training elite. He has created more than 70 games, tools, and digital applications; and he holds six patents on learning technology.

Since 1996, Roberts has been president of Action Centered Training Inc., ACT Government Support Services and ACT Games (the innovative arm of the organization). Having taught at the university level for more than 12 years, Roberts is currently a professor of management at Penn State University, Berks Campus, Reading, PA. Professor Roberts previously owned and directed a large Counseling Center for 14 years.
