My freestyle motocross accident happened on our family ranch near Drayton Valley, AB on August 25th,2008. I was 14 years old. My normal life with friends, sports and school turned into a journey involving severe brain injury, rehabilitation, and finding my Inner Strength.
Most importantly, I am passionate about preventing others from being a Target of Bullying. I have presented to over 13,000 students, teachers and parents. I have been featured in numerous newspaper articles, and I have appeared on CFRN/CTV and CBC news, Primetime news . I have done presentations for Alberta Health Services, Keyera Safety Symosium and the Boys and Girls Club. I seek to share my personal refusal of being a target of bullying, personal discovery of Inner Strength, and my advocacy for creating bully-free schools, communities.
