Sheila Morataya-Fleishman is an author, motivator, and life coach specializing on the issues affecting Hispanic Women and their families.

Having moved to the United States from her birthplace of El Salvador at the age of 31, she faced challenges that many recent arrivals have had to overcome. In developing as a mother, wife, and professional, she saw the need to help guide other women going through similar hurdles.

This prompted her academic and professional career in studying the dynamics of women's issues as well as family relations. She focuses particularly on the Hispanic Woman, but takes her extensive experience as a tool for all women and men to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the challenges they face.

Sheila is a testament to the success of the common person. She has risen from disadvantaged circumstances in a poor nation that offered her scant opportunities, and through the power of education managed to become an expert in self-esteem and family affairs.
