AL Garcia is the President of Creative Coaching Concepts Inc. A coaching company that specializes in coaching the whole person.  Specialty areas include: Leadership,Business,Careers,Step Families,Life,Relationships,Spiritual,and Temperament coaching.

He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. He is also a Career Masters Institute certified Career Management Coach and an Institute for Life Coach Training certified Life Coach. He received his fitness coaching certification through the Spencer Institute and is a Certified Lifestyle Fitness Coach. He has coached for major corporations, automotive industry and US Government Departments. He has 25 years of business management experience and is a Certified Small Business Coach. He received his Registered Leadership Designation from the McKinley Group. Al is also is an ordained Pastor and a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor. He and his wife Grace are Certified Step Family Coaches through the Stepfamily Foundation.

AL has been coaching for the last 20 years. He has coached a variety of clients from top level directors to special needs. Within the last four years, especially within the last year, Al has had the opportunity to coach many executives from companies such as Allstate, Verizon, Grainger, Westell, and Johnson and Johnson.

AL is also a member of the National Speakers Association and has delivered over 1000 inspirational talks.
