In addition to his prolific career in the Automotive Sales industry, Sean has worked in several other verticals. Sean grew up in Queens, New York and was victim to an abusive upbringing at the hands of his mother, father and step-father, who severely and physically abused both Sean and his mother. Sean recollects many incidents of his mother being tortured by being "shot up" with heroin and being chained to her bed. NYPD S.W.AT. team had to rescue Sean and his mother from the house in one instance. Neglect, violence, anger, rage, hurt, pain, fear, suffering are the words that describe Sean's childhood and early years.

As a result of this dysfunction, Sean was constantly in trouble as a kid and was sent away for 3 years to a Boys Home in New Jersey. After returning from the Boys Home, Sean continued a long list of negative and illegal life choices, ranging from the selling of drugs and bullet proof vests to crack dealers in Queens to the cloning of cell phones, and engaging in counterfeit money activities.

As a young adult, Sean continued his gang-related choices and began importing the drug "Ecstasy" from Europe and working for some of the most elite nightclubs in the world. During this time, Sean caught a Federal Case with the Secret Service for his involvement in counterfeit money activity. Realizing the dangerous nature of the investigation, Sean established communications with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), committing to provide them with pertinent information. The DEA immediately agreed and hired Sean as a paid government "Confidential Informant", of which he worked undercover for the next 13 months. The case, categorized as an "848" CCE. (U.S. Code 848 –Continuing Criminal Enterprise), not only was recognized as the largest case for Ecstasy and illegal Nightclub activity in its day, but also yielded significant NYPD corruption and multiple murder investigations. Soon after, and at the age of 19, Sean was sentenced to 10 Years in Federal and State Prison from four different agencies, of which he served 3 consecutive years. So at age 19 years old Sean was incarcerated unti his release in 1999 at age 22 years old. 

Although designed to rehabilitate negative life choices, Sean's experience in Federal Prison had the reverse effect, as Sean maximized his "gang life" experiences by befriending both Italian and Russian organized crime members and bosses. Sean continued his advanced education in criminal activity in Federal Prison. He spent the 3 years incarcerated, not rehabilitating but mastering the craft of illegal activities and networking with the elite of the underworld. After leaving prison 3 years later, Sean returned to his criminal background. He took multiple trips to Moscow, Russia and was friends with some of the most powerful men of the Russian Mafia. Meeting with ex-KGB officers and former card carrying members of the communist party. Sean's life was always surreal, but his time in Russia took that meaning to a whole other level.

After much reflection and processing of his life's decisions, Sean removed himself out of the lifestyle that he had always known and moved into his first job within the Auto Industry, never looking back. The Auto Industry was one that never judged Sean, and accepted and nurtured his every goal that he set forth. The industry also reinforced the very personality characteristics that kept Sean surviving in his previous life: Perseverance, Tenacity, Diligence, and Determination. In realizing that his every goal, short-term and long-term, could be attained, Sean began the process of seeking education and a wide variety of certifications that could further his career. Today, Sean has become a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) with the National Speakers Association(NSA), and together with his wife Karen, became the only Certified Franklin Covey Trainer / Company in the Automotive Industry. Additionally, in recognition of the path that has brought Sean to where he is today, Sean has made "Giving Back" an enduring part of his life. Sean is part of many charities and has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars and sits on the Board of the Paulie Strong Foundation.
