MA, USShawn spent ten years as an Officer and F-16 Fighter Pilot in the United States Air Force, and served throughout the Pacific, Europe and Middle East. His combat experience includes tours of duty in Operations Northern Watch, Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. After separating from the United States Air Force, Shawn began a career in professional sales and marketing, with extensive experience in data analytics and SaaS, becoming a top producer in each organization. After successfully taking his "failure is not an option" attitude to the private sector, Shawn was soon asked to assist organizations that were struggling to effectively motivate their teams. Helping organizations "Unleash Their Innr Fighter Pilot", Shawn's creative application of Fighter Pilot principles continues to help individuals realize their potential!
Shawn is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, and earned an International MBA in Organizational Performance while living in Europe. He is currently a PhD Candidate in the area of Organizational Performance.
