After moving to the USA in 1988 Ronald established his own business services, Design In Display. For 8 years Ronald cultivated client relations delivering retail merchandising and residential interior design serivces. Working in New York City and the five boroughs he studied Interior Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. With the challenge of a family member he folded the business and moved into the Mortgage Banking Industry. For 13 plus years he advised many clients, public agencies and private organizations in maximizing the home ownership programs that supported their needs.
Now for the past 11 years Ronald has provided business consultative services, corporate training, personal development and coaching services in support of business needs in helping their employees and specifically help fellow immigrants to contribute to the American economy.
Ronald has made a life with Miriam Anderson-Allen over the past 20+ years. They reside in Burlington County, New Jersey. They are involved with animal husbandry and have been cultivating perennials for the past nine years while enjoying the art and science of cooking. As time allows they travel and enjoy the wonders of life's experiences.
