Rebecca Stork has three licenses. At first sight three people, however if you look closer you`ll see that is Rebecca on all three cards, but in various stages of her life. She had several CEO positions, and two MP- titles in martial art of JU-Jutsu! What a man literally! Rebecca was born a woman in a man`s body. In 2007 she underwent sugery to became female. As a now lesbian woman who had lived her life as a heterosexuall man, she has a unique perspective unlike many.Rebecca´s companion, Helene Svanberg, who previosly lived a heterosexual life as well fell outside the norm.
Come along on their trip where they talk about events, decisions, love and their ability to overcome a most unusual circumstance, to wake up every morning with wrong sex and what happens when a person correct their gender?
We are two women from Sweden. In November 2008 we have bought a house in Atlanta GA and now divide our time in Sweden and US. as we are establishing buissnesses here and abroad.
In Sweden we have been hired regularly as speakers to talk about discrimination and the importance of creating an evironment that is accepting in all social arenas. We give lectures at forums ranging from major coporations. fortune 500, the military, schools and universities. We hav benn contracted by two of the largest speaking service companies in Sweden. Since we now spend half of our time in the U.S, we, we woul like to also book speaking engagements here as well.
Our approach to lectures is based on our personal story and what we`ve been thtough. We hope that by sharing our story we can inspire others to see that nothing is impossible and that various "skins" we are all individuals who deserve respct, love and th acceptanceof others. Rrom a economic standpoint we like to give examples of importance of diversity for the success of a buisness and how diversity can greater revenues for those companies who ar engaged it`s promotion.
