Tony began his sales career at the age of fourteen, hustling on the streets of a large city in the former Soviet Union.  At eighteen he came to the United States with $50 in his pocket and a half-full suitcase, to pursue an American Dream.   

Over the last twenty years Tony is experiencing a successful retail automotive career. His experiences include Finance, Sales Management, Group Director of Training, and a General Manager of a large dealership, where he led the team of 135 employees to become a top 100 Toyota dealerships in US. Tony spent six years working with businesses coaching, consulting and training leadership and sales teams. He brought his expertise helping businesses create a sales-driven culture and drive better results through process improvement. As a consultant and trainer his clients included numerous automotive dealerships, a real estate company, a wealth preservation company, J.D.Power and OEMs such as Hyundai and Lexus. In 2017, Tony joined operations team at FPH Morries Automotive Group as a Group F&I Director.

As a speaker and trainer Tony has completed over 700 presentations over 3000+ platform hours. He presented on the subjects of process improvement and employee training at NADA, CBTDigital DealerWorld Shopper conferences and Innovative Dealer and Agent Summits.  He has been featured in the Automotive News Magazine and appeared multiple times on F&I Today Show. In addition to several e-publications, Tony's articles were published in various print publications, such as Agent Entrepreneur, F&I Showroom, Auto Dealer Today and Speaker Magazine.  He is a frequent contributor to AutoGravity's blog.  His international work includes speaking and training in Korea, Portugal and UAE
