As a Human Resources Executive, Nicoa has over 20 years experience and is a veteran of corporate America - the early years were spent at General Electric, moving then to Thermo Fisher Scientific, then to AllscriptsMisys Healthcare Solutions, resulting in 6 states, 7 houses, 3 kids, and 2 cats ...ranging from manufacturing to services to software industries ... she's seen it all when it comes to CHANGE, both personally and professionally - and SURVIVED to tell about it! Her greatest success? Survivin' Workin' Mommahood!
Her career success came from providing a values-based balance of employee representation alongside confident, bold boardroom strategy most often in the face of international mergers and acquisitions. Her global responsibilities have taken her to 20 countries where she's seen everything from mafia hits to airplane pilots on payroll (with no planes) to sex change decisions requiring new benefit's coverage to acquired swans in the workplace - who takes care of the swan? HR?! Bless her heart, as we say in the South, she's handed out frozen turkeys in South Carolina, climbed to the top of wind-turbines in Tehachapi, CA and even facilitated a gas turbine capacity audit in South Korea!

And she lives with her wonderful, full-time, stay-at-home husband, Mert, and their three fantastic daughters, Justice, Pippa and Campbell in Raleigh and Wilmington, NC.
