Leaders! Don't ask your people to do their jobs -- ask for more! Engage your team! Unleash innovation! Capitalize on the human need to make a difference! Then bask in the results!

Smart leaders don't ask employees to, "Just do your job." Smart leaders ask for more.

In an attention-deficit, entertain-me-now, wait-while-I-post-this-on-Facebook kind of world, smart leaders engage their employees and achieve superior results.

Kelly Vandever learned early in her leadership career about the power of engagement and now she teaches other how they too can get extraordinary results by unleashing the innovation in their own workforce.

Kelly's professional career includes more than twenty years of management experience as a military officer and a manager in four Fortune 500 companies. Kelly received her BA in Sociology from Iowa State and her Masters of Management Science from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
