Hitman of Hilarity

Angelo Tsarouchas has more than just a pretty mobster face. Known as The Hitman of Hilarity, this Canadian actor/comedian is in high demand on the global comedy stage and with TV and movie industries on both sides of the border. He is recognized as one of Canada's top stand-up comedians and has taken his in-your-face style all around the world. In 2008, he joined fellow Canadian comedian Russell Peters on a world tour.

The larger-than-life Montreal native has the trademark mobster look - a burly frame to go with his no-holds-barred attitude - but there is more to him that. His acting resumé is highlighted with roles in 10 feature films in the past few years.

He has worked with a number of Hollywood's biggest stars, including Denzel Washington, Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Marlon Brando, Edward Norton, Sylvester Stallone and Chris Rock. His most recent high-profile film credit was in Cinderella Man, starring Russell Crowe and Renee Zelwegger. He has also appeared in John Q, The Score, The Prince and Me, and the teen cult flick, Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle.

In addition to his budding film career, Tsarouchas has seen much success on the international comedy circuit. On the road, Tsarouchas has performed in North America's top comedy clubs and also has had success with his own one-man show, It's All Greek to Me.

His work on Showtime's Comics Without Borders has drawn interest from the cable network for Tsarouchas to tape his own one-hour show in the future. He also continues to write and produce his Fat Boy Food Review show in Canada.

Angelo Tsarouchas has worked hard in his career and has progressed from doing stand-up comedy to roles in TV and films, and is now writing and producing shows. He will share his ambition and humour with audiences who will identify with his will to succeed.
