My Story
When I was a child, I viewed the world as an observer. Some used to call me a wallflower. Overweight and shy, being invisible and hiding behind my weight helped me to feel safe. Whenever I did receive attention from other children, it was from snickering, teasing, and laughing behind my back – and to my face.

Frustrated, I started my first diet at 10 years of age, with little success at losing, and even less success at keeping off what little weight I had lost.
But then something changed. During my teen years, I became fascinated with personal transformation through the power of the mind. Even while still in high school and then at college, I took as many courses in psychology as I could. I discovered hypnosis and the power to transform myself.
I could hardly believe it. I used hypnosis, and it worked, helping me lose a significant amount of weight and gain self-confidence. Along the way, I discovered another key tool: Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT.
With hypnosis and especially When it came to choosing a career, I knew what I wanted to do. I wanted to help others learn the tools that have helped me so much, so that they too could transform their lives.
So I decided to become an I teach them how to listen and respond to their body’s cues, and how to channel those cues into more constructive patterns of behavior.
