Inspire your leaders to embrace the privilege and responsibility of leadership, your customer service staff to meet the challenge to deliver great service and everyone to be inspired to be their best.

Terrie Glass is an expert in the human aspects of business execution. A published author in the field of leadership, Terrie speaks to leaders as well as general audiences in a way that is both inspiring and educational.

Terrie believes that leadership is a privilege and a great responsibility. She was a middle manager and a senior leader in her own career prior to becoming a trainer, speaker and author. Her examples are stories based in real life, borne of her own experience or that of others she has mentored.

Customer service is also an area about which Terrie is passionate. At one point in her career, all the customer service functions of the organization were her responsibility. Learning how to empathize with customers, collaborate with them and understand that most "difficult" customers are not trying to be difficult are topics she loves to discuss. She has great appreciation for the fact that many times our customer service staff have the toughest jobs and can feel undervalued.

Terrie has worked with large corporations (e.g., Capital One, Dominion Power, Northrop Grumman), public sector organizations (e.g., local and state agencies, federal financial services agencies, Bureau of Justice Assistance), and associations (e.g., American Public Human Services Association, International Association of Fire Chiefs, National Rehabilitation Association). Reviews of her work are consistently high, resulting in her business being largely built by repeat customer engagements.

Her book is entitled "Blood, Sweat & Bricks: Laying Your Foundation for Effective Leadership" and is available on Amazon or her website.
