Patrice Moore, BSN, MSN, RN, ARNP is President and Founder of The Watershed Group, a nationwide consulting and speaking company serving organizations, businesses, and corporations with compassion and delight.  Her offerings in organizational redesign, executive coaching, talent acquisition, and human resource management have led organizations from financial ruin to financial stability and increased growth by 100% in less than a year.  Her outstanding results are a credit to the quality and commitment she brings to every client.  During a decade of serving organizations nationally, The Watershed Group (TWG) has tailored its services to the unique needs of each client to help them achieve organizational, financial and strategic success through consulting, executive talent management, placement, coaching and speaking.

Patrice received Bachelors and Masters Degrees from University of Florida and lives in Gainesville (Title Town), Florida with her husband.
