Monita is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the Institute of Management Consultants in USA since 2002. The CMC certification represents the highest standards of consulting and adherence to the ethical canons of the profession. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association and the Organizational Development Institute.
Monita is a recognized, licensed trainer for a number of training systems and modules offered by some of the top training and consulting firms. She has personally translated many courses into Chinese, and continuously updates and supplements them with new training concepts, approaches, cases and exercises.
