Monica Gould founded Strategic Consulting Partners (SCP) in 1994. As a Certified Management Consultant, Monica has grown SCP in practice and scope into what it is today - a global management consulting firm serving corporations, non-profits, government and universities. Monica has 25 years of business experience, including 10 years in executive management roles at MCI Telecommunications Corporation and the Whirlpool Corporation.

With a primary focus on the strategic strength of her client organizations, Monica has assisted her clients with strategic plans, as well as organizational and operational assessments that will ensure long term growth and sustainability. She has worked with many organizations on brand development, sales and marketing strategies, business development, training for staff and executives, technology assessments and succession and exit planning.

Monica partners with seasoned professionals to provide breadth to her service offerings.

SCP is a Certified Woman Owned Business Enterprise and Monica is a professional member of the National Speakers Association, a certified consultant for both the Leadership Management Institute in Texas and the Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Organization's (PANO) Standards of Excellence Program. In addition, Monica is an adjunct professor at Duquesne University Capitol Region Campus, and she teaches for Kaplan University in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Monica is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and she obtained her M.B.A. in Marketing from American University in Washington, D.C.
