Mike has over 20 years of industry experience, of which he has spent more than 15 years in technology as a business executive in the mission critical IT infrastructure space.  He held corporate management positions in technical product marketing (hardware and software), direct- and channel-marketing as well as the alliance partner business.

As member of Hewlett-Packard's US corporate HQ, he developed and implemented strategic marketing plans, along with their required tactical execution plans initially focusing on the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets.  He was instrumental in influencing and securing revenue in excess of $180M annually through achieving sustainable competitive advantage through the creation & delivery of high-impact product messaging and segment-specific value propositions. 

With Mike's capacity to think locally on more than one continent, and fluency in English & German, he spent 75% of his time face-to-face with HP's most important customers in finance, telecommunications, manufacturing and other vertical markets around the world.  His secondary mission was to assure that local sales teams and partners gained valuable training - technical, business or otherwise, in order to maximize their effectiveness. 

Mike is in the process of attaining his Executive MBA from The Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.  He holds a Diploma in Finance from New York University, and a B.A. in German Literature from San Jose State University.
