Marc Drizin is COO of Ignite Consulting, the premier strengths-based leadership & career development firm in Indianapolis. Marc's wife and partner Carla is a Certified Professional Coach, with a Master’s degree in Communications and Training Technology. She has worked as an Adjunct Professor for Career Development at IUPUI, and as Mentor Coordinator for the BWC Professional Women’s series at Harrison College, where she is also on the HR Advisory Board.
